My stay at Helvetia & Bristol was truly nice. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions and shopping areas. The room was large and beautifully appointed, although the decor was a bit dated for my taste. While I loved the attentiveness of the staff, I did experience a minor issue with the morning cigarette smell in my room, but it didn't overshadow the really good hospitality I received throughout my stay.

I had an really good stay at Helvetia&Bristol Firenze. The staff really went out of their way to take care of me, especially when I got sick on my last night. The location is perfect, putting me right in the heart of Florence. However, I did notice that the dining experience could use some improvement, especially during peak hours.
